Our Policies
Cancellations
Your appointment time was reserved just for you. Kindly notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or No Shows will result in a full service charge fee.
Arrivals
We encourage our guests to arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation to allow time to check in, prepare for your treatments and relax. Late arrivals will result in a shortened spa experience, as your treatment will conclude at the scheduled time. You will be charged the full service price.
Gift Certificates
All gift certificates/cards sales are final (non-refundable) and cannot be used to purchase another gift certificate/card. Gift certificates must be presented at time of redemption. Gift certificates have no cash value and no money is given for remaining balances. Rejuvenation Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Gift Certificates/Cards can be used towards spa services or choose from products in our Spa Boutique. Gift Certificates/Cards purchased on-line may be printed out or e-mailed.
Multiple Appointments
Multiple appointments must be reserved with a credit card or gift certificate number. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a full service charge fee.
Forms of Payment
We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and debit. A $30 fee will be charged for any returned checks.
Services
We reserve the right to stop service at any time at our discretion.
Packages
Packages are non-refundable and have no cash value. Package treatments may not be exchanged for other services.
Returns
Unopened merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase with receipt. No refunds on opened merchandise.
Health Issues
It is the client responsibility to inform Rejuvenation Spa and its employees of any health issues and medications before receiving any treatment. It is also important to the client's health, and our ability to safely service our clients, for the client to notify Rejuvenation Spa staff, of any changes in health and medication prior to treatments.
