Your appointment time was reserved just for you. You must cancel or reschedule a scheduled spa service, at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. If proper advanced notice is not provided, the credit card (or gift card) used to hole the appointment will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the amount of the scheduled service(s). Please note multiple services and Group appointments booked require 48 hours cancellation or rescheduling notice.
Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time. If a service begins late due to client tardiness, the service will still end at the originally scheduled appointment time. All service times listed are approximate, and may include periods of relaxation or down time. You will be charged the full service price.
All gift certificates/cards sales are final (non-refundable) and cannot be used to purchase another gift certificate/card. Gift cards must be presented at time of redemption. Gift cards have no cash value and no money is given for remaining balances. Rejuvenation Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift Certificates/Cards can be used towards spa services or choose from products in our Spa Boutique. Gift Certificates/Cards purchased on-line may be printed out or e-mailed.
The therapeutic effects of massage are cumulative, therefore the more often you receive a massage, the better you will feel and the more quickly your body responds. Regular massage can improve overall wellness and health. SIX sessions per series. Series sessions will expire 1 year from purchase date.
Advanced reservations are suggested for all spa services. A credit card or gift card number is required in order to reserve spa services.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash, as well as Rejuvenation Spa Gift Cards (Please note: we do not accept SpaFinder, SpaWish or Spa & Wellness gift cards.) A $30 fee will be charged for any returned checks.
We reserve the right to stop service at any time at our discretion.
Spa Packages are non-refundable and have no cash value. Package treatments may not be exchanged for other services.
Unopened merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase with receipt. No refunds on opened merchandise.
It is the guest responsibility to inform Rejuvenation Spa and its team members of any health issues and medications before receiving any treatment. It is also important to the guest’s health, and our ability to safely service our guest, for the guest to notify Rejuvenation Spa team members, of any changes in health and medication prior to treatments.
All terms and conditions apply. Be advised you have the right to cancel memberships in accordance to membership agreement. Cancellation request cannot be made over the phone. To cancel, you must visit Rejuvenation Spa to fill out and sign the Membership Cancellation Form.
