Rena Blais was born in Tampa, Florida and graduated from Armwood High School in 1988, she is the owner of Rejuvenation Spa. After putting herself through massage school, she graduated in 1991 from Suncoast School of Massage Therapy to pursue her massage career followed by getting her license in skin care in 2007. She founded Rejuvenation Spa in 1997 and then decided to expand her business in 2005 to offer more spa services. Her goal was to provide a tranquil spa atmosphere with quality spa services and a high standard of customer service.
I graduated from Erwin Technical Center in 2001 and started with Rejuvenation Spa as a Massage Therapist in January 2002. I decided to become involved in the massage profession when I experienced the therapeutic benefits of massage myself. What I love most about my job is seeing the smiles on my guests faces and hearing them express words of appreciation about how great they feel. I have created many memories and friendships and hope to continue this journey a long time.
I am originally from New England, relocated to Florida in 2012. Studied the Art of massage in Connecticut and continued my education in Miami, FL. It’s within my nature to nurture, educate and help others discover self awareness. I believe in the many benefits massage has to offer, specializing in deep tissue massage, injury recovery and sports massage amongst many other modalities. It will be my pleasure to help you on the path to wellness and have you leave Rejuvenation Spa renewed and rejuvenated.
I became a licensed massage therapist in 2006 and have loved every minute of it. By working closely with chiropractors and physical therapists for the first six years, I gained knowledge in medical massage. While following the patient’s progress was rewarding, I was limited on my time spent with the patients and I longed to provide a more holistic treatment for them. I then ventured out to study more eastern massage modalities and began working in the spa atmosphere where the client could be allowed more options at various lengths of time. Combining these eastern modalities with the western approach to injury rehabilitation has truly become an artistic outlet for myself. I can’t wait to share them with you.
