As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation while in the spa. We ask that you turn off and silence your cell phones and electronic devices upon check in.
cancellations
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service.
We have a strict 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. You must cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. With proper notice, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to your rescheduled appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your 50% deposit will be forfeited, and we reserve the right to charge the remaining balance to the credit card on file, up to 100% of the total cost of services booked. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
Please note that multiple services and group appointments require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. The same applicable cancellation fees will apply if proper notice is not provided.
Wellness Series & Prepaid Packages: Late cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours will incur a $50 fee, and your prepaid session will remain available for future use. No-shows will result in the forfeiture of one prepaid session.
on time arrivals
Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time. If a service begins late due to client tardiness, the service will still end at the originally scheduled appointment time. All service times listed are approximate, and may include periods of relaxation or down time. You will be charged the full service price.
gift certificates
All gift certificates/cards sales are final (non-refundable) and cannot be used to purchase another gift certificate/card. Gift cards must be presented at time of redemption. Gift cards have no cash value and no money is given for remaining balances. Rejuvenation Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift Certificates/Cards can be used towards spa services or choose from products in our Spa Boutique. Gift Certificates/Cards purchased on-line may be printed out or e-mailed.
wellness series
The therapeutic effects of massage are cumulative, therefore the more often you receive a massage, the better you will feel and the more quickly your body responds. Regular massage can improve overall wellness and health. SIX sessions per series. Series sessions will expire 1 year from purchase date.
reservations
Advanced reservations are suggested for all spa services. A credit card is required in order to reserve spa services and a 50% deposit which will go towards your service.
forms of payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash, as well as Rejuvenation Spa Gift Cards (Please note: we do not accept SpaFinder, SpaWish or Spa & Wellness gift cards.) A $30 fee will be charged for any returned checks.

We reserve the right to stop service at any time at our discretion.
packages
Spa Packages are non-refundable and have no cash value. Package treatments may not be exchanged for other services.
returns
Unopened merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase with receipt. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned merchandise. No refunds on opened merchandise and no refunds/returns on discounted merchandise. Gift cards and certificates are non-refundable.
health issues
It is the guest responsibility to inform Rejuvenation Spa and its team members of any health issues and medications before receiving any treatment. It is also important to the guest’s health, and our ability to safely service our guest, for the guest to notify Rejuvenation Spa team members, of any changes in health and medication prior to treatments.
