Unlike traditional massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage works with the body’s lymphatic pathways using light, targeted movements that stimulate fluid flow and restore balance to the tissues.

wellness series
The therapeutic effects of massage are cumulative, therefore the more often you receive a massage, the better you will feel and the more quickly your body responds.
